Jen Kramer is a sales and events executive with more than two decades of experience producing and selling high-impact programs for corporate, civic, and nonprofit organizations. She serves as senior director of sales at Access DMC, supporting clients with destination strategy, partner coordination, and on-the-ground execution in major U.S. markets. Known for her creative approach and detail-driven leadership, she helps organizations translate goals into guest experiences that feel seamless from planning through show day.
Earlier in her career, Kramer held leadership roles with Navy Pier, DePaul University, and the City of Chicago’s Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, contributing to large-scale public celebrations and community-facing activations. Her background also includes production leadership and the development of service and retail strategies tied to the reopening of the WNDR Museum.
Kramer’s expertise extends into education. She has served as an adjunct instructor in special events management at DePaul University and Moraine Valley Community College, sharing real-world best practices with emerging professionals. She earned her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Purdue University.
Deeply committed to service, Kramer sits on the board of Special Children’s Charities and is a leading personal fundraiser for the organization. Her work has been recognized with industry honors, including “Event Planner of the Year,” and additional recognition from Special Children’s Charities’ Hall of Fame.
